Beyonce walked away unharmed after a car accident that left her quite shaken up in London this past week. As the singer opened the door to exit her chauffeured vehicle at Harrods department store, a taxi crashed into the Mercedes Benz S-Class, tearing the door from its hinges and just missing Beyonce. Onlookers say Beyonce was shaken, but not injured after the car accident. A replacement vehicle picked the singer and her husband, rapper Jay-Z, up and they went to dinner where they were photographed laughing and having a good time, undoubtedly trying to put the car accident behind them.

Five people have died after a fiery car accident in Miami-Dade County, FL just before 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 8, 2010.

Good samaritan Jose Miguel Vazquez was working in a nearby car dealership showroom when he witnessed the silver Infiniti crash through a fence and into a tree, immediately catching fire. After arriving on the sceneof the car accident he realized he was too late to help. “I hear people screaming inside, “Please take me out!”

Police had been looking for a car involved in a fraud at a nearby Bank of America. An office spotted the vehicle in question and as he approached them the car fled at a high rate of speed.

Witnesses reported seeing the silver Infiniti, which was determined to be stolen, speeding at over 90 miles an hour. The driver lost control of the vehicle, causing the car accident. Vazquez describes the horrific scene, “Another female was in the backseat. She was like paralyzed probably because of the fire getting into her body. She was like with her lips, barely talking, saying, ‘Please help me.’”

Once rescue arrived, they pulled her out of the vehicle and as they were working on her, she was prounounced dead at the scene of the car accident.

The car has been taken to the medical examiner’s office with several bodies still inside. Police said it appears to have been four men and one woman inside the car. However, because of the severity of the accident and the fire damage, they will need more time to positively identify the deceased.

Former “Melrose Place actress Amy Locane-Bovenizer was charged with driving drunk and causing a car accident which injured the driver and killed the passenger of the car she plowed into.

Locane-Bovenizer, who played Sandy Louise Harling on “Melrose Place,” was driving a 2007 Chevy Tahoe Sunday night when she slammed into the passenger side of a vehicle that was pulling into a driveway. The passenger, noted art historian Helene Seeman, 60, was killed on impact, while her husband, Fred, was critically injured.

Prior to the fatal car accident, Locane-Bovenzier, 39, rear-ended another vehicle at an intersection just a few miles away and continued driving. The hit-and-run victim followed Locane-Bovenizer, who was “swerving and knocked down several mailboxes.”

Police said they noticed the smell of alcohol on the actress’ breath when they got to the scene of the car accident and reported that her eyes were glassy and her speech was slurred.

Locane-Bovenizer, whose husband is a wine expert, admitted to drinking several glasses of wine before getting behind the wheel.

She appeared before the superior court Monday afternoon, following the car accident, for her arraignment. Bail was set at $50,000. She is charged with vehicular homicide and faces five to 10 years in state prison.

Its official, school is out and the summer season is upon us. Many of us are making plans to enjoy this time with our friends and family traveling and going to the beach. For those who are planning to spend their summer days out in the open waters, whether it’s going fishing on a boat, riding the waves on a jet ski, or paddling across the waters in a canoe or kayak, your fun on the water could easily turn into a nightmare.

Every year, hundreds of people are involved in a boating accident, many of them occurring during the summer. This is especially true in Florida where they not only lead the nation in registered vessels (982,470), but they also have the most boating accidents than in any other state. In 2009, there were 620 total reportable boating accidents. Many of these accidents resulted in unnecessary serious injuries and fatalities.

According to the U.S. Coast Guard, the most common causes of boat accidents include:
• Alcohol Use
• Carelessness/Recklessness
• Speeding
• Operator inexperience

No mater what state you live in, boating laws require boat operators to display a great deal of responsibility and care in order to avoid injuring or killing passengers, swimmers, and others people and watercraft operators.

If you are ever involved in a watercraft/boat accident, first call the police or the coastal authorities and report the accident, then call 411 Pain. Many people know to call 1-800-411-PAIN if they were in a car accident to get the answers and help they need, but what they may not know is that 411 Pain can help you in any accident you may have experienced including boating. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With one call, 411 Pain will schedule you an appointment to see a doctor who has experience with your injury to eliminate your pain and recovery time, provide you with transportation to a professional doctor, and even help you deal with the insurance paper work.

The accident occurred when Powers was heading northbound on US1 in Key Largo. At the time of the accident, Powers was on her way to check on an officer who could not be contacted on his radio. Powers, a 36 years old mother of two, was sent to the Mariner’s Hospital where she was pronounced dead at 11:30pm.

According to officials, it is believed that the officer who could not be contacted by police radio and was the reason why Deputy Powers was heading northbound on US1 had switched his radio to a different channel and was out of touch with dispatchers temporarily.

The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the accident that killed Powers and plans on releasing detail about the car accident sometime this week.

Sometimes an automobile accident can cause injuries that require you to stay home from work for days or even weeks at a time. These lost wages can have an immediate impact on you and your family. Insured motorists have the opportunity to take advantage of lost wages benefits to help pay the bills that continue to come in while they are unable to work.

Lost Wages Benefits

Losing your income for even a short amount of time can be extremely stressful. Your bills don’t take a break while you are unable to work, no matter whose fault the accident was. Lost wages benefits are available to help ease your financial burden and allow you to focus on healing so that you will be able to return to work more quickly. Lost wages benefits can be the difference between recovering comfortably or going bankrupt due to the accident.

Filing for Lost Wages Benefits

It is important to begin the process for receiving lost wages benefits as soon as possible so that you will experience a shorter amount of time between the accident and the first payments. The faster the paperwork is processed, the lower the chance that you will miss making a payment on a bill. It is a good idea to find someone who can help you figure out which paperwork you need to file and when it needs to be filed so that you can receive your benefits as quickly as possible. With over 15 years of experience, 411 pain will be able to provide you with the assistance you need to get the paperwork done quickly.
