Have fun and stay safe this New Year’s Eve

December 31st, 2009

Tonight’s the night we’ve all been waiting for, it’s that time when we can look ahead to a new year beginning and make the resolutions we hope we’ll stay true to.

No one tends to think about the negative things that will go on tonight, but car accidents will happen and personal injury almost always follows. The roads will be dangerous tonight, due to drunk and rowdy drivers. We’re asking that you stay alert and pay extra attention to your surroundings tonight. Especially while driving home from your celebrations after midnight, which many people will be doing. Car accidents involving alcohol are five times more likely to occur at night. Drive cautiously, unfortunately, many drivers will be under the influence of alcohol, causing them to drive eratically and some will be extremely exhausted, causing them to fall asleep at the wheel.

New Year’s Eve night has the second largest number of drunk driving fatalities when it comes to holiday celebrations. If you see what you suspect is a drunk driver and you have a phone available to you, do the right thing:

• Dial the local highway patrol or police department
• Get the license plate number of the car
• Let the authorities know that you suspect a drunk driver
• Give your location

It is worth those few minutes of your time to save that drunk driver from hurting themselves and/or others.

Don’t let these thoughts ruin your good time! But when the time comes for you to get behind the wheel, be responsible and get home safely. From everyone at 1-800-411-PAIN… Happy New Year!!

Just a few words of appreciation

To Whom It May Concern:

Just a few words of appreciation to the office staff. I really appreciate the fact that since I’ve been coming here because of my car accident I’ve noticed that everyone seems to know what they are doing and the things the patients need to have done are completed in a timely manner as well. The massage therapists here are the best and the front desk personnel are great also, along with the lovely smiles you receive when you come in. Whenever I needed help with paperwork, all I had to do was ask and your staff knew exactly what steps to take. I received my money quickly thanks to you. I must mention that Adam is very nice and so is Jessica with her wonderful personality. Overall the office personnel is great!

Thank you,

Cheryl M.

We love these letters

Dear Ms. F:

The purpose of this letter is to formally and publicly commend your licensed massage therapists and office personnel for the excellent and professional care they provided me with while I was under the care of Dr. W through out my physical therapy sessions provided to me after I became involved in an automobile accident in which I sustained injuries.

I am a 911 operator and know the importance of being commended after great work is being done. I am usually the recipient of letters like this, however today I wish to take the time to formally thank your employees. This was my first time having to get physical therapy and I was very impressed by all of the physical therapists and essential office staff. I felt compelled to go on the record with my praise. These people truly deserve it. In an era where exceptional one on one customer service has virtually disappeared, the work that your employees did should be held up as an example for others to try and emulate.

I also wanted to take the time to thank and acknowledge the young ladies at the front desk. From the very beginning they helped me with all the questions that I had and properly directed me in the right direction without any hesitation. Every time that I arrived in your office feeling soar, tired, and beat up, they greeted me with a smile.

I was also very impressed with how quickly your staff filled out the necessary paperwork I needed in order to receive my lost wages as soon as possible. Thank you for helping me get the money I needed during that stressful time.

In closing, I believe that all of the employees deserve to be congratulated and rewarded for providing customer service and support beyond any of my expectations. Please forward them a copy of my letter.

Very Sincerely,

Claudia L.
